The chester county imagination library has expanded! |
OUR VISIONEvery child has the tools and opportunities to achieve their highest capacity. We accomplish this through a trauma-informed, comprehensive, collective impact plan that addresses the whole child and engages the full community around the goal of empowering its youth to break the cycle of poverty, illiteracy, and low expectations.

From 10-12 PM there will be activities for children and resources for families, followed by additional resources for working families and an opportunity to meet the vendors starting at 5 PM, plus a special announcement from our local elected officials and a reception from 7-8 PM! We are currently seeking vendors and community sponsors for this event. To learn more or register as a vendor, scan the QR code on the flyer above or contact Chris Manna or Jan Michener.
Let's Talk About It!
On March 7, 2024, AHHAH's Executive Director Jan Michener spoke with Chelsea Melrath and Tracy Behringer of WCHE in an interview for Let's Talk About It, a radio show covering themes and topics around mental health. Jan discussed AHHAH's history and ongoing work as well as the importance of addressing the relationships between youth literacy, trauma, and the justice system. We're so grateful to Chelsea and Tracy for the opportunity to share an insightful conversation on these deeply important issues. Check out the interview in the Podcasts section on WCHE's website, or visit the link below!
